Ingredients
  • Cabbage: 200 g
  • Carrot: 200 g
  • 10 buds of garlic
  • Jag: 50 grams
  • Vinegar: 50 g
  • A big spoon turmeric
  • A teaspoon red chilli powder
  • One big teaspoon fennel
  • A teaspoon fenugreek seeds
  • Salt to taste
  • Mustard oil according to need
  • One big spoon mustard seeds
  • One small spoon cashmere red chilly
Instructions
  1. First, cut cauliflower and carrot into small pieces and grind the garlic.
  2. Keep in a pan for heating the oil in a medium flame.
  3. First, turn off the heat immediately after oil becomes hot.
  4. Now add garlic, all spices and vegetables to it. (Oil should stay warm)
  5. On the other hand, add vinegar and jaggery to another pan in a low flame, cook for two to three minutes and close the flame.
  6. - Cool the mixture of vinegar and jaggery and put it in cauliflower and carrots and mix well and keep it in the Berne.
  7. - Keep in the sun for two days and just pickle will be ready.
