  • Paneer - 250 grams
  • Curd - 100 gm half cup
  • Salt - according to the taste 3/4 teaspoons
  • Black pepper - half a teaspoon
  • Butter or ghee-2 tablespoon
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Ginger - 1/2 inch make paste
  • Onions - 1
  • Capsicum Red, Yellow and Green - 1
  • Tomatoes - 2-3
  • Chut masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Red Chilli Powder if you want - less than one quarter teaspoon
  • Green Coriander - 2 Table Spoon Finely Chopped
  • Lemon - 1 cut into four pieces
  1. First, you take 250 grams of paneer and cut the paneer into large square pieces.
  2. Now you have to chop the tomatoes and capsicum well and cut them into pieces of the size of paneer.
  3. In the end, you cut the size of the onion too, and keep it in a plate.
  4. Fry the curd, add salt, black pepper, and half ginger paste.
  5. Put pieces of paneer, capsicum, tomato, and onion in curd and keep it covered for half an hour.
  6. Take the pieces of cheese from curd, put it in the fridge for 1-2 hours in the fridge.
  7. You can use a nonstick pan (for learning tikka), put butter in it and heat it.
  8. Now you take a stick and turn onions, paneer, capsicum, and tomatoes in turn.
  9. And put it in a low flame for 10-12 minutes by turning around.
  10. Your cheese is ready to be tikka while doing surveys, you sprinkle lemon juice and chaat masala and give it to the food.
