  • One kg cabbage cut into pieces
  • Three green chillies finely chopped
  • One cup of onion finely chopped
  • Two Teaspoons Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • One cup tomato finely chopped
  • A dry red chilli
  • One-quarter cup of oil
  • Two small spoon cumin seeds
  • Two bay leaves
  • A teaspoon turmeric powder
  • A spoonful of garam masala powder
  • Half teaspoon red chilli powder
  • One big spoon coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • One big spoon coriander finely chopped
  1. First, heat the oil in a pan over medium flame.
  2. - When the oil becomes hot, add cumin seeds, dry red chillies and a sharp leaf and fry until it cracks.
  3. After garnish, add onion and ginger-garlic paste and fry until golden.
  4. - After roasting onion, add tomatoes in it and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  5. When the onion and tomatoes are melted well, add turmeric, garam masala, red chilli powder, coriander powder and salt and fry all spices thoroughly.
  6. After frying the masala, add cauliflower to it and stir the flame for 2 to 3 minutes and mix the cabbage with spices.
  7. Now let the medium be cooked and let the cabbage cook well.
  8. After some time when the cabbage is cooked well then close the flame and mix it with the coriander leaves.
  9. Prepare the cabbage masala vegetable in a bowl and eat hot with bread and serve.
