  • Half cup sesame
  • Half cup semolina
  • Half cup sugar
  • One quarter cup ghee
  • A small spoonful of cardamom powder
  • One big spoon almond finely chopped
  • One big spoon pistachios finely chopped
  • One big spoon coconut grated
  • A quarter cup of water for syrup
  1. First, heat a pan over low flame.
  2. When the pan is heated, fry it till it turns golden and keeps stirring constantly.
  3. If the mole becomes golden, then remove it to a plate.
  4. After this, add two tablespoons of ghee in the pan.
  5. If ghee is hot then add semolina and fry it on a low flame continuously.
  6. - After roasting semolina in a plate, after frying it.
  7. Now add water and sugar to this pan and cook on medium flame for 5 to 6 minutes.
  8. - At the time when the telegram starts becoming syrup in the syrup, then understand that the syrup is ready.
  9. - Now reduce the flame and mix well with semolina and sesame seeds.
  10. Then add chopped almonds, pistachios, coconut and cardamom and mix it well.
  11. - After mixing it cook for 3 to 4 minutes and when it gets cooked properly, then close the flame.
  12. After this, add ghee to a plate and smooth it.
  13. After greasy, pour barfi mixture into the plate.
  14. - Leave it for some time to cool.
  15. After cooling and drying the mixture, cut the mixture into a burfi shape with a knife.
