  • To knead the dough
  • Two cups flour

  • Pinch salt

  • A teaspoon red chilli powder
  • A teaspoon coriander powder
  • A teaspoon cumin powder
  • One big spoon amchoor
  • One big spoon Garam Masala
  • One big spoon coriander leaves finely chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • To bake oil parathas
  1. First, pour flour, flour, salt and water into a vessel and knead it well and keep it covered for 20 minutes.
  2. - Put the cottage cheese in a vessel tightly for a filler.
  3. Mix ginger, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, amchoor, garam masala, salt and coriander leaves.
  4. Place in a low flame to heat a pan.
  5. On the other hand, break the dough into a dough and roll it to the loin.
  6. - Fill the middle of the bread and make the bundle by turning the bread from four sides. Bake the bread again with light hands.
  7. Tawa must be hot, keep the bread on the pan by doing medium and bake well on both sides.
  8. After this, apply oil on both sides and take it like a paratha.
  9. - Prepare hot cheese Paratha. Serve with pickle or chutney.
