Tomato Ketchup

 

Ingredients needed for making Tomato Sauce:

Tomatoes – tomato-9-10

Sugar – 3/4 cups

Ginger Powder –  1/2 Tablespoon

Black salt  – 1 spoon

Red chilli – 1/2 teaspoon

Vinegar – 2 teaspoons

 

Method of preparation of Tomato Ketchup:

– First, chop the tomatoes into four pieces

Then put the whole tomato in a pot (crockery) and boil for 3-4 minutes on low flame.

Do not add water to the tomato juice, slow it down, otherwise the water will be burnt.

Boil on low flame and then boil it without boiling water and cook it again for 6-7 minutes, then cook it on the gas.

– Then check tomatoes for 5 minutes and boil until they are soft.

When it is boiled, after cooling it, grind tomatoes in a mixer jar.

Put a tomato paste in a sieve, and filter all the pulp, put the peel and seeds which remain in the strainer.

– Then add a tomato pulp to the pan through the strainer and put the sugar after boiling, boil till it becomes thick.

Then add ginger powder, red chilli powder, black salt, and keep it running.

When the sauce is thickened, add vinegar (add vinegar) and then cool down in a Bowl.

– You can also fill it in the container jar, make a tomato sauce and feed it to everyone.
