Sweet Corn Bread

Ingredients of Sweet Corn Bread:

One tablespoon butter
One cup corn flour
One cup flour
One quarter cup sugar
Pinch salt
One big spoon baking powder
two eggs
Half cup curd
A cup dried sweet corn
Two tablespoons of maple syrup

Method of Sweet Corn Bread:

First of all, leave the oven pre-heat to 180 degree Celsius.
Now mix flour, corn flour, sugar, baking powder, butter and salt in a bowl.
– Then put the egg, curd and mapal syrup, and grab it well.
In a second bowl, add dry sweet corn in a cup of hot water and thoroughly wash and filter.
Mix the sweet corn into the prepared mixture.
– After this, apply ghee to the baking tray and then spread the whole mixture and put it in it.
Put them in the oven and bake it for 20-25 minutes and check toothpick if the bread is cooked or not.
– Turn off the switch when the bread is cooked.
– Ready Sweet Corn Bread Serve hot with butter or you can serve it even after cooling it.
