Suji Ki Khichdi

Ingredients for Suji Ki Khichdi:

A cup of semolina
Four tablespoon ghee
Two carrots (finely chopped into square pieces)
Two tomatoes (finely chopped into square pieces)
A capsicum (in fine square pieces)
Half cup green peas
Three green chilies (chopped)
A teaspoon ginger paste
Half teaspoon turmeric powder
A teaspoon cumin seeds
A dry red chilli
Curry address 8-10
Salt to taste
Water 4 to 5 cups

Method of Suji Ki Khichdi:

First put a pan in a low flame and keep it to heat three spoons of ghee.
When the ghee becomes hot, add semolina and stirring it continuously and fry until golden.
– Take out roasted semolina on a plate.
Now add a spoonful of ghee to this pan and heat it.
After ghee, add red chillies and cumin seeds and fry until it cracks.
After this, add ginger paste and curry leaves and fry it for two to three minutes.
Now add peas and green chillies and fry them lightly.
– After this add capsicum, carrot and turmeric powder and fry for 1 to 2 minutes.
After a set time, put tomato in it and roast it for 1 minute.
When the vegetables are rinsed, add roasted semolina, salt and water to it and mix it well.
Now cover the medium flame for 5 minutes and cook it.
– When the water is dried, stop the flame, prepare the delicious khichadi of semolina.
– Take it out on a plate and eat hot and feed the children.
