Ingredients of Making Poha:

Two cups of poha, medium sized
An onion cut into small pieces
Two-three green chillies, cut off
One quarter teaspoon turmeric powder
A teaspoon of sugar
A teaspoon mustard seed
A teaspoon fennel
A small spoonful of coriander
Two tablespoon oil
Half a small bowl of green peas
Curry leaves 8-10 leaves flavored salt
To serve the content-
Snacks
An onion cut into small pieces
Finely chopped coriander
One lemon, cut into 4 pieces
Jiravan masala

Method of Making Poha:

Wash the poha with water first 2-3 times. Then put the poha in the sieve.
Now add oil in a pan over medium heat and heat it. When the oil is well heated, add mustard seeds, fennel, coriander leaves, curry leaves and asafetida.
When the mustard seeds and fennel begin to crack, then add onions, peas and green chillies to the pan and fry until onions turn pink.
After that put, the poha put in the sieve in the pan. Add turmeric powder, salt and sugar from the top and mix well with the curd.
Now cover the pan with a plate and let the poha cook for 2 to 3 minutes on medium flame. After that turn off the flame.
– To make the poha soft, sprinkle some water in it.
– Remove the plate from the pan after one minute after turning off the flame, then remove it on the poha plate and serve on it by adding chopped onion, salted saffron, green coriander, lemon juice and giravan masala.
