Ingredients for Papitae ki Chatni:

One cup raw papaya (grated)
Three green chillies (finely chopped)
Half teaspoon mustard grain
Pinch of dough
A small spoon turmeric
Salt to taste
According to the water requirement

Method of Papitae ki Chatni:

First, put the medium flame in a pan to heat the oil.
As soon as the oil becomes hot, add mustard seeds.
– Add asafoetida and green chillies to the mustard gulps.
– After roasting of pepper, add grated papaya, turmeric and salt and cook for 2 to 3 minutes while running from kadchi.
– Add water and cook for 5 minutes again. Keep stirring in between, so that papaya does not fall down and close the flame after the fixed time.
– Ready papaya chutney
