Ingredients for Papdi Chaat Recipe
Crust – 8 (papdi)
Ragda – 2 cups
Curd – 2 – 3 Table spoon
Onions – 1
Red Chili Powder – 1/2 tbsp
Cumin powder – 1/4 tspoon
Chut masala powder – 1/4 tspoon
Tamarind chutney – 1/4 cup
Green chutney of mint leaves – 1/4 cup
Coriander leaves – 2 – 3 Table spoon
Namkeen – 1/4 cup
Salt – according to the taste
How to Make Papdi Chaat Recipe
★ Finely chop the onion and tomatoes. Now put salt in the curd and mix it in the side.
★ Yellow peas can use boiled potatoes and boiled chickpeas instead of curry curry.
★ Now put the Papadi 7 – 8 papdi in a plate, put the peas on top of the spice papadi, finely chopped onions, decorated with tomatoes.
★ Now add 1 or 2 teaspoon curd. If you do not like curd, you can make yogurt without it. After that decorate with red chilli powder, cumin powder, licking masala powder.
★ Now add a teaspoon of green chutney and green chutney. Then decorated with Coriander leaves. Papdi chat is ready
