Paneer Kofta Recipe
Ingredients for Paneer Kofta Recipe :
Paneer – 300 gms
cornflour – 4 tablespoons
Salt – according to taste (half small)
Turmeric powder -turmeric powder- less than one quarter teaspoon
Green chilli-green chilly-2
Ginger – 1/2 inch piece (grate)
Coriander Powder – Half a teaspoon
Amchoor Powder – Less than one quarter teaspoon
Oil – Kofta for fry
Ingredients of paneer kofta gravy
Tomatoes -tomato- 4 – 5 medium sized
Green chili – 2
Ginger -Ginger-1 inch long piece
Oil – 2 tablespoons
Cumin seeds – 1/4 teaspoon
Asafoetida – 1 pinch
Turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander Powder – 1 Tablespoon
Cream – 100 gm (1/2 cup)
Red chilli -red chilly-2 pinch
Salt-salt-flavored (3/4 teaspoons)
Garam Masala – 1/4 Tablespoon
Green Coriander – 2 table spoons (finely chopped)
Method to paneer kofta :
Add half a teaspoon (half spoon) salt and arrowroot to the paneer. Smoothen and soften with good nails.
Peel the potatoes (boiled potato). Break them thoroughly. Now add salt, turmeric, green chili, ginger, coriander powder and amchoor powder (powder). Mix all these well and knead it like finely.
Make 12-14 balls equal with the mixture and make as many balls from the potato mixture.
Take a spoon of cheese. Flatten it by pressing it with hands. Now put a spoon of potato and put it in a rounded cheese bowl. Raise the paneer sphere from all sides and cover the potato balls and re-round the paneer shells. Prepare the potato balls in all the paneer balls. Place all the finished balls on the plate and place them in a fridge for 20 minutes to set them.
– Heat oil in a bowl put as many coffees as easily and put it friable. Now fold until golden brown. Take out all the on the plate.
-Everything Kofta is ready. If you wish, serve them as a starter (eat as a starter) and green coriander with chutney.
Create Gravy: Gravy
Wash the tomato, ginger and green chilies. Peel ginger and remove the green chili stem. Now take the cut piece of a big piece in all three pieces. Put them in a mix and grind them into a fine paste.
Heat oil in a pan and add asafetida and cumin seeds to it. Add turmeric powder and coriander powder and fry them lightly. Then add Tomato Pisa Masala and Red Chilli in it. Fry it for 2-3 minutes so that the tomatoes are cooked. Now add cream to the spice mix. Fry it until oil starts showing up on the spice.
When the spices leave the oil, then add 2 cups of water (2 cup water) into it. Mix the water according to the amount you want to keep as thin as you like. Put salt and garam masala in it. Let boil (boil) come in though. Even after boiling, let it cook for 2 minutes. Although ready, put a kofta in it.
Filled paneer coffees are ready. Put it in a bowl and put green coriander and make it and serve it. Eat it with chapati, rice or naan, eat it fun. (serve with rice or chapati).
