Palak chana Sabji

Palak chana sabji is a traditional north indian cuise made with boiled chickpeas and palak serves best with pudi.

Ingredients for palak chana – essential ingredients

White gram (chickpea gram) – 2 cups (Chick peas – 2 cups)

Spinach – 1 cup (finely chopped) (Spinach – 1 cup (finely chopped))

Onions – 2

Green Chili – 4 (Green Chilli)

Tomato

Red Chili Powder – 1 tbsp (Red Chilli Powder)

Turmeric – 1/4 tsp (Turmeric powder)

Cumin seeds – 1 tspoon (Cumin seeds)

Rai – 1 tbsp (Mustard seeds)

Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 T Spoon (Ginger, Garlic paste)

Garam Masala – 1/2 tbsp (Garam Masala)

Cumin powder – 1/4 tspoon (Cumin powder)

Coriander Powder – 1/2 tspoon (Coriander powder)

Curd – 250 gm (curd)

Salt – according to taste (salt)

Oil – According to requirement

 

How to Make Palak Chana Curry

★ Allow Chana to be soaked in water for 7,8 hours.

★ Wash the granola, put the water in the cooker, put the water and salt and put the cooker off and keep it on the gas for boiling.

★ Break away the spinach dandiya, wash the spinach with water and finely chop it. Cut onion, green chillies, grind tomatoes.

★ Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds and roasted seeds, put roasted onions and green chillies, add ginger garlic paste, add 1 tsp roasted, add tomato paste, Roast the spices until the oil starts to float on the spices, add spinach and cook it well. when spinach gets boiled put red chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder and stir with a spoon for 1 minute. Now add boiled chickpea and curd and mix it, add the water as per requirement, cover the vegetable and cook for 2 minutes, prepare chana spinach curry.
