Ingredients of Pakode:

an onion
Three teaspoon gram flour
A tablespoon semolina
Two green chillies (finely chopped)
Salt to taste
One small spoonful of coriander (finely chopped)
A teaspoon of water
Mustard oil for frying pakodas

Method for Pakode:

First of all, cut the onion in thin and long shape in a vessel.
– Put gram flour in chopped onions and mix well.
– Mix salt, green chillies, green coriander.
If you feel that the gram flour should be slightly thin then you can add water.
Now put the semolina in the last minute and mix the mix well.
Keep in a pan for heating the oil in a medium flame.
– Once the oil is heated, add one piece of a spoon to the spoon and fry it.
– Close the golden frying pan on both sides of all the pieces and keep them in a plate.
– Ready onion cake. Serve with tomato sauce.
