Ingredients for Mix Veg:

Peas 100 grams
Beans 100 grams (cut into pieces)
Cauliflower 100 grams (cut into pieces)
Two carrots (cut into pieces)
A potato (cut into pieces)
A capsicum (cut into pieces)
Cottage cheese 250 grams (cut into pieces)
Two tomatoes (cut into pieces)
Two onions (sliced into pieces)
Four green chillies (long cut)
One inch piece of ginger (grated)
Half teaspoon cumin seeds
Half teaspoon turmeric
A teaspoon coriander powder
A teaspoon red chilli powder
One spoonful of garam masala
Salt to taste
According to oil requirement
According to the water requirement
For decoration
A tablespoon green coriander

Method of Mix Veg:

First put in a pan to heat the oil.
– Once the oil is heated, fry cumin seeds.
Add cumin seeds and onion and green chillies.
Once the onion becomes golden, add beans, cauliflower, carrot, potato, capsicum and peas and fry them for four to five minutes, stirring with the kadhi.
Add lightly roasted paneer and mix well and fry for four to five minutes.
– Mix the tomatoes as soon as the water of paneer is dry.
– Add ginger, turmeric, coriander powder and red chilli powder as the tomatoes are slightly soft.
After frying the vegetable again for four to five minutes, add a little water and cook it covered.
– Removing the lid from the lid and stirring it with curry so that the vegetable does not stick to the bottom.
– Cook the vegetables thoroughly and add garam masala and mix well and then turn off the flame.
– Prepare hot mix vege  Garnish with green coriander and serve it.
