Ingredients for Making Mix Veg:

Ø Green peas – 100 grams
Ø Beans – 100 gms
Ø Cauliflower – 100 grams
Ø Carrot – in 1 medium size
Ø Capsicum – in 1 medium size
Ø Paneer – 100 gms
Ø Tomato – 2 – 3 in medium size
Ø Green chilly – 3
Ø Ginger – 1 1/2 inch long piece
Ø Oil – 2 tablespoons
Ø Asafoetida – 1 pinch
Ø Cumin seeds – 1/2 teaspoon
Ø Turmeric powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Ø Coriander Powder – 1 Tbsp
Ø Red Chilli Powder – 1/4 Tablespoon
Ø Salt – according to taste
Ø Garam Masala – 1/4 Tablespoons
Ø Green coriander – 1 tablespoon (finely chopped)

Recipe of How To Make Mix Veg Vegetable:

Firstly wash all vegetables thoroughly and cut them into small pieces. Make small pieces of cheese and even small pieces. Wash tomatoes, ginger and green chilly and grind them into a mixi

Now keep an embroidery for heating on the gas. Once the heat is heated, add oil to it and heat it. Then put asafoetida and cumin seeds in this oil. After frying cumin, add turmeric and coriander powder (powder) in it and stir it. Then add frozen tomato paste and fry it till then. As long as the flowing grains are not released.

Once the spices are well frozen, put all the chopped vegetables in it. After adding red chilli powder and salt, stir a spoon for 2 to 3 minutes continuously. Then add 1 tablespoon of water and let it cook for 6-7 minutes.

Now open the vegetable and see. If the vegetable is still not cooked and requires more water then add water to it and cover the vegetable by covering it a little longer.

Open the vegetable and see. The vegetables have become soft. Then add paneer pieces, hot masala and green coriander in it. Save little green coriander and garam masala to decorate it from above. Now your mix is ready to be Serve
