Ingredients for Mishti Doi:
One litre milk
Ten tablespoon sugar
One cup of water
One cup fresh curd
Method of Mishti Doi:
First, put the medium flame to heat the milk in a pan.
Boil the milk so much that it should be halfway
Meanwhile, in the medium flame put the sugar and water in a pan to boil the syrup.
Keep it running continuously with curd and change the flame until it changes the colour of the syrup.
– Close the flame and add some more water.
– By now the milk will be half. Put the syrup in the milk and run it well.
– When the milk is cooled, put fresh curd in it and churn it well.
Then put it in the frying pan and keep it in the fridge for 5-6 hours to cool.
– Ready is Mithi Doi.
Note:
– Use fresh curd only.
– Mix curd well so that no kernels are made.
– If you do not have it, then you can keep it in time to keep it in any vessel.
