Ingredients :

  • 2 Cup Matki (False Bean)
  • 1 potato
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tomato
  • 2 tbspn ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp tamarind pulp
  • 2 green chillies
  • 5-6 tablespoons curry leaves
  • 1 tbsp cumin powder
  • 1/4 tbsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 tbsp hot garam masala
  • Salt according to taste
  • Oil according to requirement
  • 8-10 Powder Bread
  • 1 cup mixed fissure or chivda
  • 1/4 cup curd
  • 1-2 onions (finely chopped)
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 cup coriander leaves (finely chopped)

How To Make Misal Pav :

  • First, wash the pot with a well in a vessel, soak it in water for 5-6 hours. After that, wash the pot again once, cover it in a vessel for two days and keep it on the side.
  • After two days pour the pot on the cooker, add water and salt and boil them for 8-10 minutes.
  • Boil the potatoes and remove the peel from it and make small pieces, cut the onions, tomatoes and green chilies in a bowl finely.
  • Heat the oil in a bowl, add the mustard seeds and the hard leaves and roast it. After that, put onion on it and roast it, then add green chili and ginger garlic paste and roast for a while.
  • After that, put tomato in it, when the tomatoes become slightly soft, then add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala and cook it for a while.
  • Now, add boiled potato, boiled potato, salt and tamarind pulp, cook for 1 minute, then add 1/2 cup water in it, cover the cover and cook for 8-10 minutes.
  • Now, in a bowl first put the prepared pot, put the farsana or chiwda and finely chopped onions and finely chopped coriander leaves. Serve Hot.
