Matar ka Paratha

Ingredients of Matar ka Paratha:

One cup green pea
Three cup wheat flour
One onion (finely chopped)
Two green chillies (finely chopped)
Half teaspoon red chilli powder
One spoonful of garam masala
One big spoonful of coriander (finely chopped)
A tablespoon ghee
Salt to taste
Oil to fry

Method of Matar ka Paratha:

To make a filler:
First of all, put soaked in water in a vessel soaking overnight in water.
– In the next morning, after adding water to a pressure cooker in medium flame, boil peas in a whistle and close the flame.
Add oil to a pan over medium flame and keep it warm.
– Once the oil is hot, add onion and green chilli and fry it.
– Add salt, garam masala and red chilli powder to lightly add onions.
– Mash with peas and mash them well.
Mix the coriander leaves from the top and mix the flame.
To make Parathas:
– In a pan, add ghee and salt to the flour and knead the dough with hot water.
Break the small dough of flour and roll them in the spherical roll.
– Fill the middle of the bread. Now after making another bread, put the bread over the filler and close the bread around it.
Place in a medium flame to heat the pan.
– After roasting pan, add bread to both sides.
Now add slightly oil and oil the parathas on both sides and close the flame.
– Spicy paratha of green peas is ready. Serve with sauce or pickle.
