Ingredients for Makkae & Tail ki Tikki:

Two cup corn flour
Half cup jaggery
One fourth cup water
A quarter cup of sesame
According to the water requirement
Oil to fry

Method of Makkae & Tail ki Tikki:

First, filter the cornflour in a vessel.
– In a low flame add water to jaggery in the pan and melt it. Close the flame to a boil.
Now mix the sesame oil in corn flour, and then knead the dough with jaggery solution.
– Break the small pieces from the dough and flatten it in the middle of the palms. Do not forget to smooth the palms.
Put oil in a pan in a high flame and keep it warm.
– Once the oil is heated, put the tikkias and fry them till they become golden.
– Ready-made corn and sesame tikki You can store it by putting it in an airtight box.

Note for Makkae & Tail ki Tikki:

If you need water, you can put a little bit while dipping the dough.
