Makhana mongfali Chaat

Ingredients for Makhana mungfali Chaat:

1 cup Makhana
1/2 cup peanut
1 tbsp Butter
2 green chillies, finely chopped
4-5 Curry leaves
1/2 teaspoon mustard
1/2 tsp Mint Powder
1/2 teaspoon licking masala
A frying pan

Method for Makhana mungfali Chaat:

– Put butter in a pan, keep it warm to medium heat.
When the butter is heated, add mustard seeds, curry leaves and green chillies to it.
When the mustard seeds are cracked, add peanuts and lentils to the pan and fry them for 8-10 minutes.
– After the mikhans are golden, turn off the flame.
Take out the makhana and peanuts in a bowl.
Mix well after adding mint powder and chat masala.
– Eat the prepared Makhana Chata with tea and feed them.
