Ingredients for Kala Chana Chaat Recipe
Black gram – 1 1/2 cup
Onions – 1
Mint leaves – 10 – 12
Amchoor Powder – 1/2 tspoon
Red Chili Powder – 1 1/2 tbsp
Cumin powder – 1/2 tspoon
Chut masala – 1 tspoon
Lemon juice -2 toon
Coriander leaves – 1 Table spoon
Salt – according to the taste

How to Make Kala Chaat Recipe – Recipe
★ Keep the black gram soaked for 7-8 hours or so. After that add the water according to gram, salt and water in the cooker and boil. Now remove the water completely from the gram and put the gram in a bowl.

★ Finely chop the onion, tomatoes. Cut the pinch of the pinch well.
