Ingredients for Kaale Til k Laddoo:

250 grams black sesame seeds
250 gm jaggery
One cup of water
a pan

Method for preparing Kaale Til k Laddoo:

First of all, put the pan over low flame for heating.
When it becomes hot, add sesame seeds and fry them constantly.
– It will take 10-15 minutes to roast sesame seeds. The mole is gone, you will know its fragrance.
– When the mole is roasted, take it out in a plate and spread it.
Now put one cup of water and jaggery in the same pan and keep the medium on the heat.
When the jaggery dissolves well in water then filter it in a vessel.
Wash the wok with water once and add jaggery water to it and put it on a high flame.
– Three wire syrup is used to make laddus.
When the syrup starts to boil well, then put one drop of it in a bowl of water. If the jaggery is accumulated in water, then the syrup is ready to make the laddus.
– Keep this in mind that the syrup is not black.
Now put the syrup on the sesame seeds and mix them with another spoon.
– While putting the syrup, keep this thing in mind that it should not be too low or low.
After adding the syrup, add a little water to the palms and mix the syrup and sesame well.
Try to make a laddoo with a little mixture in it. If laddo is tied, then immediately make it laddo. If laddu is not tied then add more syrup to it.
– Do not forget to put water in the palms when building laddus.
– After roasting sesame in many places it is crushed in khalbatte, its laddus are made, but here we make the whole mole laddoo here.
