Ingredients of Hara Chana Masala:

Half gram (boiled)
One big spoonful whole cumin seeds
One big spoon coriander powder
A teaspoon red chilli powder
As per the rock salt taste
According to the need
For decoration
A small bowl finely chopped coriander

Method of Hara Chana Masala:

– In a pan put in medium flame to heat the ghee.
Add ghee as soon as it is heated.
– As soon as the cumin starts to crack, add boiled gram, coriander powder, red chilli powder and rock salt and stir well with the kadchi and fry it well.
– After roasting for 5 minutes, turn off the flame.
– Green gram masala is ready. Garnish with green coriander and serve it.
