Gud ki Pooriya

Ingredients for Gud ki Poori:

Two cups of wheat flour
A tablespoon ghee

Solution of a cup of jaggery
Pinch salt
One fourth teaspoon fennel
To fry ghee

Method for Gud ki Poori:

First of all, put salt, ghee and fennel in wheat flour in a pot and mix well.
– Now knead the hard dough with jaggery solution and keep it aside for some time. (These benefits of eating jaggery in the cold will give you chaos)
After breaking the dough, after breaking the dough, roast the whole grains.
– Keep in a pan, heat the ghee in medium flame.
– Once the ghee is heated, pour the puris into the pan and fry until both are golden.
