Ingredients for Gud ka Dosa:

A cup of wheat flour
Half cup jaggery
Two tablespoon coconut powder
A small cup of rice flour
A small spoonful of cardamom powder
A teaspoon of ghee

Method of Gud ka Dosa:

First, in a low flame, heat a cup of water in a pan and add jaggery to it and close the flame after dissolving it completely.
Cool the solution of jaggery and filter it in a vessel and then add thick wheat flour, coconut melon, rice flour and cardamom powder to make a thick batter.
Now put the medium flame in a pan to heat it.
– Add some ghee as soon as the pan is heated and slow the flame
– Spread a large spoon solution on the pan in the spinach.
– After turning on one side, turn it aside and drink from the other side. In this way, make the whole dose of dosa and close the flame.
– Ready jag dosa. You can serve it with cream as well.
