Gond Nariyal ki Barfi

Ingredients of Gond Nariyal ki Barfi:

One cup sugar
1/2 cup melon seeds
1 cup grated/grated coconut
1/4 cup gum
1/2 teaspoon green ghee
1/2 cup water

Method of Gond Nariyal ki Barfi:

First of all, do a roast by adding gum in a pan.
Then, fry this mixture between melons and fry for 4-5 minutes.
After this, put sugar and water in the pan and keep it warm to medium flame.
– Make it cooked with a teaspoon of syrup.
When the syrup becomes sugarcane, add coconut, melon seeds, gum and indigenous ghee and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
After that, take it out on a plate and spread it.
– After cooling, cut coconut barfi into gum in the desired shape.
