Gazar and Patagobhi
Ingredients for gaajar and potta gobhi ki sabji
3 cup cabbage
1 capsicum, fine grain
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon sugars
salt to taste

Under 1 teaspoon
1 spoon rye
1/4 teaspoon asafoetida
3 green chillies
How to make gajar and patta gobi
First, cut cabbage and carrot.
Heat oil in the pan, put a mustard in it.
Then put asafetida, green chilly, stove leaves and move on.
At the same time, add turmeric, salt (turmeric, salt) and all the chopped vegetables.
Now slow the flame, cover the pan and cook the steam for 5 minutes.
Vegetables should remain raw and therefore do not cook much.
