Ingredients of Gajar Palak Soup:

Two cup spinach
Half cup carrots
An onion (cut into pieces)
A teaspoon butter
Salt to taste
A teaspoon black pepper powder
According to the water requirement

Method of Gajar Palak Soup:

First wash the spinach and carrot well and cut the carrots into small pieces.
– Place in a medium pressure cooker to heat butter in a pressure cooker.
– Once the butter is hot, add onion and fry it.
– After lightly roasting onion, add carrot and spinach, stirring it with 2 to 3 minutes, stirring with kadhi.
Add water, add salt and close the lid of the cooker and apply 2 to 3 whistles, then close the flame.
– When the steam is removed, open the lid of the cooker and filter out the soup, remove the entire soup in a vessel.
– Ready carrot and spinach soup. Serve black pepper and serve it.
note:
– You can also use the remaining pulp of spinach and carrots in the vegetable.
