Ingredients for making Dahi Kadhi

  • 700 gms – curd
  • 20g – red chilies
  • 2 tablespoons – ginger and garlic paste
  • 2 tablespoon – green chili paste
  • 1/2 Table Spoon – Red Chili Powder
  • 1/2 Table Spoon – Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon – turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon – cloves
  • 2 spoon – cumin
  • 1/2 cup – green coriander finely chopped
  • Oil According to the requirements
  • salt to taste

How to make Dahi Kadhi Recipe Method of making curd


  • First, heat the oil in a cooker and fry it in it and fry until brown. Now add onion, salt, chili, coriander powder, cumin, ginger, garlic paste, green chili paste, turmeric powder and red chili powder and fry it well in a low flame.
  • Now add gram flour and curd in a bowl and mix it well. Then put it in the cooker and let it cook. Now add pancakes and let them cook on low flame.
