Daal Kachori

Ingredients for Daal Kachori:

Half cup semolina
One quarter cup gram dal
One fourth spoon amchoor
One fourth spoon cumin powder
One-fourth spoon of garam masala
A small spoon of coriander fenugreek
A teaspoon red chilli powder
Salt to taste
Oil to fry

Method of Daal Kachori:

First of all, soak gram dal for a minimum of 40 minutes in a vessel, and grind pulses well after fixed time.
– Mix cumin powder, amchoor, garam masala, salt, kasoori fenugreek and red chilli powder and mix well. Fill is ready.
– Now add water and salt to rava and knead it well.
– Break the small loaves of the dugged rawa and fill the fill and fill the kachori with it all around.
Keep in a pan for heating the oil in a medium flame.
– Once the oil is heated, put all the coconuts in one by one and fry till both of them are golden.
– Ready Rava Chana Dal Chowder Serve with green and sweet sauce.
