Choco Lava Cake

Ingredients for Choco Lava Cake:

To make the base of the cake
Half cup flour
Three tablespoons cocoa powder
Pinch salt
One quarter teaspoon baking soda
To make the inside lava
One third cup sugar
Half cup cold water
Two tablespoon oil
Half a teaspoon lemon juice
Half teaspoon vanilla essence
Four-piece chocolate

 

Method of Choco Lava Cake:

To make a cake, mix flour, salt, cocoa powder and baking soda in a vessel and keep it aside.
To make the inside lava, first, make a solution of sugar and cold water in a second bowl.
Now mix the oil first and then add vanilla essence and lemon juice in the sugar water and mix it well.
– Now to make a cake batter, mix the lava mixture in the mix of flour and whip it a lot.
– Fill the prepared batter into the mould to make the cake. Do not forget to smooth the mould from the inside.
– Now place a batter of chocolate in the centre of the batter in the mould and press lightly downwards so that it moves inwards.

– Pre-heat oven for about 15 to 20 minutes at 200-degree centigrade.
– After the pre-heat of the oven, place the mould in the oven and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
– Turn off the switch on the oven. Reverse the cake and put it on a plate.
– Press the cake with light hands so that the inside lava turns out slightly outward.

You can also use vinegar instead of lemon juice.
