Bread Pudding

Ingredients for Bread Pudding

Half-liter milk
12 slice bread
2 cups sugar
1 cup fresh coconut grated
One cup custard powder
Finely chopped almond-pistachios-cashew nuts
Method
– First, slice the bread. Then fry a little bit of dough in the kadahi.
Now slowly add one litre of milk and keep it running smoothly.
After this add a sugar and coconut and thicken it.
If you get fit, get out in the glass bottle.
Then stir the custard powder in some milk and boil it with the remaining milk.
– Mix custard in boiling milk and keep running continuously. When thickened, take out the flame and spread over the mixture of bread.
Garnish it with dry fruit and let it cool in the fridge.
