Ingredients for Bhindi Tamatar Kari:

Half kilogram of fine (finely chopped)
Tomatoes 250 grams (finely chopped)
One onion (finely chopped)
Two green chillies (finely chopped)
A teaspoon ginger garlic paste
Two teaspoon celery
Pinch of dough
A teaspoon red chilli powder
A teaspoon turmeric powder
A teaspoon coriander powder
Four tablespoon oil
Salt to taste
For decoration
Two large spoonfuls of finely chopped coriander leaves

Method of Bhindi Tamatar Kari:

First, put two tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium flame and keep it warm.
– Once the oil is hot, fry it in it and fry for 5 minutes.
After this, remove the ladybug from the pan and put it in a bowl.
Now put the remaining oil in this pan and keep it warm.
After frying oil, add asafoetida and celery and fry until it cracks.
Add onion, ginger garlic paste, green chilli, salt, turmeric, red chillies and coriander powder and fry them for 2 to 3 minutes.
After frying the spices, add tomato and fry until it becomes soft.
After this, put the beans in it and mix it well. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes and close the flame.
– Ready toasted tomatoes curry Garnish with coriander leaves and serve them.
