Besan Bhindi Sabji

 

Ingredients Required to Make Masala Basni Bhindi

Ladyfinger- 250 grams

Oil-2 1/2 tablespoon

Asafoetida – (Hing)-1 Pinch

Cumin (jeera) – half teaspoon

Turmeric powder (haldi)- 1/4 teaspoon

Green Chilli- 4 in length cut into 2 parts

Gram Flour (Besan)- 1 Table Spoon

Coriander powder- 1 teaspoon

Fennel Seeds – (saunf powder)- 1 tbsp

Mango Powder ( Amchoor Powder) – half a teaspoon

Salt – flavoured (3/4 teaspoons)

Red Chilli -Less than 1/4 teaspoon

Garam masala – 1/4 teaspoon

Green Coriander –¬† 1 tablespoon (finely chopped)

 

How to cook Besan Bhindi (Ladyfinger): –

Take Bhindi well, wash it, remove water and wipe it with a cloth. Cut the stem on the two sides of Bhindi; Now cut them in length by dividing them into two lengths (4 pieces) of lengthy Bhindi.

Put oil in the pan and add hot oil, add (cumin seeds) in hot oil, roast the cumin seeds, add turmeric powder and chopped green chillies; now besan, coriander powder and Fennel seed powder, Enter Roast the spices until the gram flour is brown and till it gets a good smell.

Put Bhindi in roasted masala, add amchoor powder, salt, red chilly and garam masala, stirring the lady with a spoon, fry it till all the spices are soaked on top.

Cover the masala Bhindi Masala and let it cook for 6-7 minutes on low flame, open the lid of Bhindi cottage (open cover) and see that the bhendi has become a bit soft, the Bhindi cottage cheese Cook for 1-2 minutes by running spoon.

Besan Bhindi is ready, prepare green coriander in Bhindi and mix it. Take out the Beshen Bhindi with the smell of gram flour in the bowl and serve with chapati, parantha and rice and rice and eat (serve and eat).

Suggestion

While roasting Bhindi (Ladyfinger ka masala), keep the low flame, because Bhindi does not have water, so much so that Bhindi’s vegetable starts to burn very fast on the high flame.
