Ingredients
  • Paneer: 250gms
  • A small bowl almond roasted powdered
  • An onion cut into pieces
  • A small piece of ginger
  • 6-7 buds of garlic
  • Two green chillies finely chopped
  • Two bay leaves
  • A small spoon turmeric
  • One spoonful of garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • One big spoon tomato puree
  • A teaspoon Amchoor Powder
  • A teaspoon black pepper powder
  • A teaspoon coriander powder
  • Half teaspoon sugar
  • According to the water requirement
  • As per oil requirement
Instructions
  1. Keep in a pan for heating the oil in a medium flame.
  2. On the other hand, grind ginger, onion, garlic and green chillies and make the paste.
  3. - Once the oil is heated, fry it with a sharp leaf.
  4. - Put the prepared paste of onion on a pan of roasted leaves and fry it with running curry.
  5. Now add turmeric, salt, garam masala and tomato puree and fry it.
  6. - Tomato roast well after adding amchoor, black pepper powder, coriander powder and sugar and then add water to cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
  7. After some time, add paneer, almonds and a little water and cook for 2 to 3 minutes again and close the flame.
  8. - Ready Almond Paneer Serve hot or roasted or roasted.
