Apple Pakode

Ingredients needed for making Apple pakode:

Apple -apple-2

Flour – maida- 3 Cups

Yeast – khameer-1/2 teaspoon

Ghee-oil- oil to fry one spoon

Sugar- 1 1/2 cup + 2 teaspoons

Lemon juice- 1 tablespoon

Cardamom powder – ilaichi powder – 1 spoon

Water – 1 1/2 cup
Pistachio finely chopped-thin piece pistachio- 1/4 cup

Chopped almonds – almond-1 spoon


How to make apple pakoda:


– Wash the apple and peel it in a roundup of water boil and add yeast.

– Mix well after adding flour and sugar in it.
