Ingredients Needed For Making Achari Baingan


(Small) Brinjal – Baby Brinjal, Cut them into 2 half.

Two large onion finely chopped

A teaspoon fenugreek seeds – Methi Dana

A teaspoon cumin seeds- Jeera

One big spoon rai

One big teaspoon fennel-Saunf

Kalonji- a teaspoon

One small spoon turmeric powder

One and a half tablespoon coriander powder- Dhaniya Powder

One teaspoon red chilli powder

A small spoon Amchoor

One Tablespoon Chat Masala

One and a half tablespoon oil

Salt as Per Taste
